Job Description:

Award-winning law firm Ashville Knight seeks a seasoned Real Estate Lawyer to join their Landlord and Tenant team in Farnborough. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated solicitor to play a key role in providing expert legal services within a friendly and supportive team environment.

The successful candidate will be managing a caseload of Landlord and Tenant work, including lease renewals, head office relocations, and working on the property aspect of corporate transactions. They will also handle development real estate cases from initial instruction, ensuring the highest standards of service throughout.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience undertaking Real Estate work as a fee earner, with a proven track record of meeting fee targets and deadlines. Excellent communication and client care skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently while contributing to the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of Landlord and Tenant work, including lease renewals and head office relocations
  • Handle development real estate cases from initial instruction
  • Draft and approve legal documentation
  • Undertake business development as required
  • Conduct legal research to support casework

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience undertaking Real Estate work as a fee earner
  • Proven track record of meeting fee targets and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to the wider team
