The RoleWe are seeking a Deputy Senior Account Manager to join our Media City office. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a crucial role in developing X1 as a business and supporting the growth of our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of your assigned portfolio, ensuring smooth functioning and high performance. Your strong organizational skills, team management abilities, and excellent communication skills will contribute to the overall success of your team and the company.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in team member 121s and daily meetings
- Achieve rental targets and ensure the portfolio is generating maximum revenue
- Manage keys and key access across the full portfolio
- Complete weekly management reports and review portfolio performance
- Conduct move-ins and provide exceptional customer service
We are looking for a candidate with strong organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to learn quickly. You should be a natural people person with excellent communication skills, able to build relationships and create a supportive team environment. You will also have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to business growth.
