We are seeking a skilled Electronics Test and Repair Specialist to join our team in Kent.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced electronics professional to play a critical role in ensuring product quality through precise testing, inspection, and repair.

You will work closely with our Assembly Team Leader to diagnose issues, repair defects, and confirm products meet both internal quality standards and specific customer requirements.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Testing and Inspection: Perform thorough testing and inspection of new and returned products to meet exact specifications.
  • Fault Diagnosis and Repair: Diagnose and repair faults within Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs).
  • Quality Assurance: Report and document non-conformances, supporting continual quality improvement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the Engineering team to address deviations and refine testing processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A background in manufacturing or engineering, with experience in fault diagnosis to component level and use of Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
  • Skills: Proficiency in multimeters, oscilloscopes, and MS Word/Excel; ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.

Salary Estimate:
