Job Description

DHL eCommerce UK Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Delivery Driver - Service Partner to join our team. As a Service Partner, you will be responsible for providing collection and delivery services to our clients, working from our Sittingbourne depot.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver packages and parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collect packages and parcels from customers and transport them to our depot
  • Operate a commercial vehicle, ensuring it is maintained and compliant with regulations
  • Manage your own routes and schedules, working independently to meet customer needs
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
Requirements:
  • A 'can do' approach to business and a commitment to getting things right first time
  • At least one commercial vehicle less than 5 years old
  • Insurance policies in place, including public liability insurance, driver hire and reward insurance, employer liability insurance, and goods in transit insurance
  • A full UK driving licence or equivalent accepted under UK Law
  • To pass our screening and vetting requirements
  • An adequate understanding of written and spoken English
