Branded Content Specialist

As a key member of our global CRM team, you will be responsible for crafting compelling written content that drives customer engagement and boosts sales. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective CRM strategies that resonate with our target audience.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content for global CRM journeys and various channels, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and messaging.
- Collaborate with the CRM team to understand customer needs and preferences, and create content that meets their expectations and drives results.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless content execution and timely delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM copywriting, and continuously improve our content strategy to stay ahead of the competition.
- Edit and refine content in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects, developing innovative ideas and copywriting for new features, launches, and tools communicated through CRM.
- Bring a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling to create content that captivates and inspires our audience.
- Bring a strong understanding of CRM/email copywriting best practices and a proven track record of success in this field.
- Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to interpret data and analytics to inform content decisions and drive business results.
- Have a degree in advertising, marketing, communications, media, or journalism, and be a native English speaker or have several years of experience working with English copy.
- Have a strong portfolio of work that showcases your ability to create high-quality, engaging content that drives results.
