About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Care Assistant to join our team at Anchor Hanover. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing dignified personal care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with mealtime activities, ensuring residents receive the care and support they need.
  • Provide sensitive and appropriate support with various aspects of residents' lives, including emotional and social support.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, based on understanding, trust, and genuine care.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality care service is delivered.

Requirements:
