Holt Recruitment is seeking a reliable and flexible Laborer Assistant to work on ad hoc days in the Blandford, Poole, and Bournemouth areas. As a temporary worker, you will be responsible for loading and unloading deliveries, storing stock in the warehouse, maintaining the yard by tidying and organizing, and moving materials across the site.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading deliveries
  • Storing stock in the warehouse
  • Maintaining the yard by tidying and organizing
  • Moving materials across the site

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial, or distribution is preferred
  • Able to work efficiently and at a good pace
  • Comfortable with manual handling duties involving lifting up to 25kg
  • Flexible and reliable

This role has potential to become regular temporary work with the same clients for those demonstrating a strong work ethic and positive attitude.


Estimated Salary: £12 per hour (daytime pay)
