About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Hospitality Team Member to join our team at Cookhouse & Pub West Bromwich. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure that our guests feel welcome and valued
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Take orders and serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

  • A guaranteed 16 hours of work per week, spread over 4 days

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
