About the Role

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, while maintaining excellent relationships with clients. Your exceptional leadership skills and strong attention to detail will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our facility management team on site.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor the performance of on-site staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and maintain excellent relationships.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance or operational issues promptly.
  • Prepare reports on site activities, including progress, performance, and budgetary information.
  • Implement and enforce quality control measures to consistently deliver high-quality services.
  • Manage and schedule resources efficiently, including staff, equipment, and materials.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a site supervisor or lead engineer within the facility management industry.
  • Electrical background (e.g. City & Guild 236, 2330 or any equivalent qualification)
  • Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and facility management best practices.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and systems relevant to facility management.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in facility management or a related field are desirable.
