We have an exciting opportunity for a SEN Teaching Associate to join our team at NextGen Teachers. As a highly skilled professional, you will provide expert support to students with Special Educational Needs, empowering them to reach their full potential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted interventions to students with Special Educational Needs, improving academic and social outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop Individualised Education Plans (IEPs), ensuring students receive tailored support.
  • Build strong relationships with students, families, and other professionals to facilitate effective communication and teamwork.
  • Stay current with best practices in Special Educational Needs support and education, applying new knowledge to enhance student success.

Salary: £32,000 - £45,000 per annum.
