Key Responsibilities:

- Handling clinical complaints

- Achieving positive outcomes for patients and the organisation

- Supporting the management team and clinical workforce with clinical governance matters

- Overseeing back-office management of the clinical workforce

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00. Type: Full-time, Temporary.
