Your duties will be varied and include supporting our residents with personal care needs, helping them to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing, and working collaboratively with our team to create a warm and welcoming environment.
About YouWe are looking for someone with a kind, warm, and caring nature who is able to work well as part of a team. You will have excellent communication and listening skills, and be able to use your initiative to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
Previous care experience is desirable, but not essential. We will provide all the training and support you need to thrive in this role. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
