Exciting Opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor

Bespoke Surveying and Architectural Consultancy, Brandon James Ltd, is seeking a vibrant Graduate Building Surveyor to join their Bristol team.

The Role

The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will work alongside an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to support a busy project portfolio across Bristol.

This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee bespoke private residential projects, ranging from £20k to £2m, involved in every aspect of the process, including client briefing meetings, drawings, design, specifications, contract administration, feasibility, and handover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting a busy project portfolio across Bristol
  • Overseeing bespoke private residential projects
  • Client briefing meetings, drawings, design, specifications, contract administration, feasibility, and handover
Requirements
  • BSc / MSc in Building Surveying, Architecture, or similar
  • Eager to get stuck into a variety of projects
  • An interest in Architecture / design is beneficial but not essential
