About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a commercial fit-out project in West London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of this project, working closely with our client to meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the project from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Lead a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the project's success.
  • Collaborate with our client to understand their requirements and deliver a high-quality outcome.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring value for money and minimizing waste.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial fit-out projects, with a strong track record of delivery.
  • Ability to work nights, as required, to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to commute to and from West London, as required.
