Job Title: Property Transaction Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Remote / Home-Based

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Property Transaction Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our conveyancing team, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of the property transaction process, from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive title checks and identify any issues or discrepancies.
  • Handle the conveyancing process for both residential and commercial properties.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Draft and review legal documents and contracts related to property transactions.
  • Provide expert advice and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage case files efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Conveyancer with the ability to conduct own title checks.
  • Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using conveyancing software and other relevant IT tools.
  • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
