About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planning Team Lead to oversee the delivery of high-volume work streams of high-voltage substation and asset inspections and maintenance nationally.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team, monitoring service metrics, resolving customer queries, and implementing improvement strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the delivery of high-volume work streams of high-voltage substation and asset inspections and maintenance nationally.
- Manage and mentor the planning team.
- Monitor service metrics including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Resolve customer queries.
- Resource allocation to ensure a 24/7 call-out function.
- Client maintenance and inspection reports.
- Monitor and control work-in-progress costs.
- Implement improvement strategies.
- Develop service standards, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure health and safety requirements are adhered to.
- Higher-level engineering qualification.
- Proficiency in asset management principles and practices.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, substation equipment, and relevant industry standards.
- Project management experience.
