About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Helping Hands Home Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to customers
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Help with mobility and transfers, ensuring customers' safety and independence
  • Administer medication and provide medical support as needed
  • Assist with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Prepare and cook meals, promoting healthy eating and hydration
  • Accompany customers on outings and activities, enhancing their quality of life

Requirements
