Job Overview

This role provides line management and support for a small team of practitioners, each supporting a caseload of children and young people displaying abusive and aggressive behaviours in their familial and other close relationships.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver interventions on a one-to-one and group-work basis, in schools and other community-based settings, to children and young people aged between 5 and 18.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to address abusive and aggressive behaviours, in collaboration with the team and other stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and support to practitioners to ensure high-quality delivery of interventions and services.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in working with children and young people, particularly those displaying abusive and aggressive behaviours. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
