- Design and implement new completions systems and processes, ensuring seamless transitions from construction to commissioning and handover.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize project outcomes.
- Proven expertise in commissioning and completions, with a strong background in construction or engineering.
- Excellent communication and planning skills, with the ability to drive projects forward and motivate teams.
- Experience with Omega PIMS or similar systems is highly desirable.
