We are seeking an experienced Programme Delivery Analyst to join our team at Datasource. This role will be a hybrid position with 2-3 days per week on site, as well as travel to other sites too.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture business requirements
  • Conduct detailed analysis of processes, systems, and data
  • Analyse and document processes and workflow and system interactions
  • Turning business requirements into functional specifications
  • Implement product centric operating models
  • Ensure products developed are in line with business requirements
  • Conduct assessment and feasibility studies
  • Support testing and quality assurance
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends and patterns

The ideal candidate will have experience working on transformation and/or complex delivery projects, proficiency in business analysis techniques, such as process modelling & lean practices, use case development, and requirements elicitation. They should also have knowledge of how PowerBI, Tableau, QlikSense or other analytical tools can be used to drive business outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary of £58,000 - £78,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including holidays, a contributory pension arrangement, life assurance, occupational sick pay, and personal accident insurance.
