Maintenance Service Engineer Electrical Biased

At WTW, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Service Engineer Electrical Biased to join our team. As a key member of our in-house team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running and cost-effective maintenance of our engineering services.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement mitigation strategies.
- Undertake all aspects of building services maintenance, working on a wide variety of modern plant, equipment, and systems controlled by Siemens BMS.
- Participate in an out-of-hours call-out procedure to ensure prompt response to maintenance requests.
- Interact with building users and third-party service providers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- C&G Electrical Installation Level 3 Apprenticeship served, with knowledge and experience of working in large office environments.
- 18th Edition IEE Regulations knowledge and certification.
- Electrical testing and inspection experience is desirable.
- Knowledge of L8 and BMS systems is essential.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with building users and third-party service providers.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and legislation, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
- Time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Technical drawing, computer modeling, and IT competence are essential.
- HV AP Authorisation is desirable.
