The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, gaining valuable exposure and adding significant value to the business. They will be responsible for carrying out market research and trend analysis within the property sector, analysing data from various sources, and presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis within the property sector
  • Analyse data from multiple sources to identify patterns and trends
  • Develop narratives from data and derive key insights
  • Create reports based on data and insights
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and external partners
About You

This position is ideal for someone with experience working with data and creating reports within the property/real estate industry. You should have a strong understanding of market research and data analysis, as well as excellent communication skills to present complex information effectively.

Benefits
