Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Professional to join our Customer Experience Team. As an Outbound Telesales Executive (New Business), you will be responsible for establishing new relationships and developing commercial benefits from the on-demand PAYG customer segment for hazardous workshop waste.

About the Role:
You will leverage a consultative sales approach to clearly establish full-service requirements and promote future frequent order placement. You will attract new and potential customers via proactive outbound calls with support from marketing collateral to self-generate and increase the on-demand pay-as-you-go client base.

Main Responsibilities:
• Research and target specified geographic regions for proactive outbound calling.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects to target with support from the group marketing function.
• Meet weekly and monthly targets for number of new business oil wins, volume, and value.
• Deal with all inbound PAYG enquiries escalated from customer services and track via CRM to closure stage.

Requirements:
• Proven sales background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong telephone manner.
• Ability to instantly build a rapport with a wide variety of people.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work quickly and calmly under pressure.

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus bonus scheme, 29 days holiday, hybrid working, pension contributions, and lifestyle discounts.
