Quantity Control Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Control Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the quantity surveyor function, preparing business blueprints, and overseeing subcontracting processes. You will also be expected to regularly interact with clients, providing them with updates on project progress and budgetary information.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the quantity surveyor function, ensuring our contractual and commercial interests are always protected.
  • Prepare the division's business blueprints, overseeing subcontracting processes, and managing loss and expense claims.
  • Regular interactions with clients, including attending progress meetings, budgetary data, and cashflow projections.
