We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our elite academy setup, providing support to junior teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering physiotherapy support to all Junior Academy players, including assessing and providing clinical diagnosis for injured academy players, determining the need for physiotherapy intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Delivering physiotherapy support to all Junior Academy players
  2. Split site delivery and support across all Junior Academy games
  3. Assess and provide clinical diagnosis for injured academy players, determining the need for physiotherapy intervention
  4. Oversee and assist with the design of Academy players' screening and profiling to issue injury prevention education
  5. Providing rehabilitation to players
  6. Maintain documentation and records to reflect care provided
  7. Provide pre-game and pitch-side medical support services

Requirements:

  1. BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent
  2. Demonstrable skills to work well within a high-performance environment
  3. HPCP Registered
  4. Previous experience working in a sports team environment
  5. RFU Pre Hospital Immediate Care in Sport (PHICIS) Level 3 (Desirable)
