Job Description:

At COREcruitment International, we are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team in ensuring all maintenance activities adhere to industry standards and company protocols. This pivotal role requires a strong technical background in building maintenance, with a working knowledge of health and safety protocols and asset management principles.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and perform Planned Preventive Maintenance as well as reactive tasks, ensuring all work adheres to company standards and is completed within designated timelines.
  • Manage and monitor steam boilers within the laundry area, completing required training to become a certified steam operator and Authorised Person.
  • Leverage the CAFM system to monitor progress toward Service Level Agreements and support the maintenance of accurate records and documentation.

Key Requirements:

  • Possess a formal technical qualification in Electrical or Mechanical disciplines (minimum ONC level or equivalent), with at least 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management.
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety standards, including risk assessment procedures and COSHH regulations.
  • Skilled in MS Word, Excel, and experienced with CAFM systems for managing and tracking maintenance activities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team, communicate clearly, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
