Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team at Wise Employment Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the finance function and providing financial expertise to business units.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. You will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business units to provide financial guidance and support in decision-making processes.
  • Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform business decisions.
  • Provide expert advice on financial matters, including cash flow management, asset valuation, and tax planning.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure financial goals are met.

Requirements:

  • CCAB qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a finance business partnering role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
