The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Consultant to join our team, adding to our pool of knowledge and expertise in delivering technical solutions and producing solution and strategy designs for clients. As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of new business leads, carrying out presales technical audits, and creating technical proposals and demonstration sessions for clients using Microsoft 365, Azure, and other modern technology principles and systems/services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical audits and create technical proposals for clients
- Develop and document complex technical solutions
- Work with clients to understand their IT and Cyber Security needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance methodologies and processes of our solutions architecture
About You
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Experience in setting up and maintaining business system networks based on MS technologies
- Experience in Microsoft Azure and Office 365 technologies and environments
- Experience in a technical support role
- Strong presentation and customer service skills
