Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with long-term conditions

Requirements:
- Previous primary care experience and knowledge of general practice
- Clinical skills in cervical cytology, immunisation, and vaccination
- Experience in managing chronic disease clinics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer:
A competitive salary between £35,000-£38,000, depending on qualifications and experience, plus NHS Pension.
This is a full-time post of 37.5 hours, but we would consider part-time hours for the right candidate.
