Role Overview: Omega Resource Group is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join their team in Kintore. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, disassembling, and testing various Pressure Control Products, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and disassemble Pressure Control Equipment following engineering drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Service and repair hydraulic systems, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
- Monitor and inspect equipment for defects.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Support team initiatives and help introduce new techniques and machinery.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Time-served apprenticeship in a mechanical field.
- NC in a relevant subject.
- Experience with Pressure Control Equipment is desirable.
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
- Forklift and Overhead Crane Certificates is desirable.
