Project Manager

ISS Facility Services UK is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Weybridge, KT15 3NB. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the management and execution of projects, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards, statutory compliance, and ISS's robust processes, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide project management support to the Billable Works team in the implementation and delivery of minor works projects, ensuring consistent high standards of service.
  • Liaise with clients to develop project scope, planning, and change control.
  • Manage the reactive WIP for Billable Works.
  • Prepare cost proposals and obtain client approval through the appropriate process.
  • Manage handover and warranty process.
  • Manage and oversee the project risk register, making recommendations and ensuring corrective action is taken.
  • Managed technical interface between Operational Technical Teams, ensuring assets are fit for purpose for the environment and system.
  • Manage the process of updating asset information back to the asset team.
About You:
  • Extensive experience managing QHSE in a project environment (understanding of RAMS).
  • Experience in team collaboration and supporting a team to deliver quality projects.
  • Experience of estimating and costing and practiced in presenting high-quality tenders.
  • Knowledge of statutory regulations within the construction sector.
  • Working knowledge in the practice of CDM.
  • Strong communicator with effective interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with teams and interface with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand the key financials, labour, and material variables.
