Safety Equipment Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking a Safety Equipment Engineer to join our team at New Resource Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise to the Sales Team, reviewing engineering specifications, and ensuring that orders are accurate before processing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage technical documents for LNG systems during installation and servicing.
- Create and check technical quotations and orders.
- Handle technical inquiries and turn them into quotes by gathering the right details.
- Work closely with the Customer Services and Sales teams.
- Help improve customer service processes.
- Provide support to other sales staff with tasks like order processing and documentation.
- Keep learning and improving in your role.
- Help out with other tasks or projects when needed.
- Be a good team player and work towards performance targets.
- Stay up to date with the latest technical knowledge and use it in your job.
- Follow company rules on Health, Safety, and the Environment.
Requirements:
- Education: A degree in engineering or a related subject.
- Experience: 2-3 years in a similar sales role.
- Skills:
- Motivated and ready to grow in a new market.
- Able to analyze technical data.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of MRP (D365) systems is a plus.
- Good at problem-solving and working in a team.
Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
