Key Responsibilities- Inspect properties managed by approximately 110 Managing agents in Birmingham, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and Sustain's high standards.
- Oversee improvement works and maintain accurate records of inspections and outcomes.
- Liaise with key stakeholders, including Home Providers, Tenants, and council representatives, to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Managing Agents and their staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide training and support to new team members as needed.
- Relevant experience working within the property sector, with a strong understanding of Health and Safety legislation and Sustain's Policies and Procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to update management on inspection outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
