With a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact on our business.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in a senior capacity.

You will be responsible for developing, enhancing and running forecasting/planning models and performing variance analysis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing routine reporting by driving variance analysis, with a focus on providing commercial and business context;
  • Assisting in developing commentary around business results;
  • Producing insightful & well considered ad hoc financial reports and analysis on a timely, accurate and consistent basis as required;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships across Finance to ensure high quality output from Finance in the eyes of the wider business;
  • Improving the level of understanding of the financial data in the team to enable its members to better support the business;
  • Increasing Finance's profile and builds trust throughout the organisation by the production of value-added management information;

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrable ability to complete financial modelling tasks and financial analysis using Microsoft Excel and/or other tools;
  • Experience applying accounting and financial concepts to interpret and solve business problems;
  • The ability to create outputs that support decisions and understand the end-need for the analysis;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • A commercial mindset which naturally focuses on continuous improvement;
  • Demonstrable knowledge of finance, accounting, and analytical skills;
  • Tenacity, self-awareness and attention to detail;
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and excellent academics with experience in another financial/analytical role;
