About the Position

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join their team as a Bank Care Assistant. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, by providing high-quality care and support in a fulfilling environment.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assist with daily living activities, provide emotional support and companionship to our residents, and work closely with the care team to ensure that each resident receives the highest level of care and support. They will also be required to maintain accurate records, participate in training and development programs, and contribute to the overall well-being of the care team. A salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, is available for the right candidate.
