Key Responsibilities- Vehicle Diagnostics and Repair: Diagnose and repair electric vehicles in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- On-Site Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electric vehicles at client sites, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
- Assembly and Disassembly: Assemble and disassemble electric vehicle components, including motors, gearboxes, and power electronics, with precision and accuracy.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on completed work to ensure adherence to EVEREC's high standards.
- Travel and Communication: Travel to client sites and suppliers across the UK and internationally, communicating effectively with customers and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or HNC/BTEC in Engineering, and a valid UK driver's license.
- Experience: 3 years' experience in breakdown/roadside repairs, with a strong background in electrical and mechanical diagnostics.
- Skills: Strong planning and organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
As a Vehicle Field Service Technician at EVEREC, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will be required to lift and handle equipment, and operate power tools, so physical fitness is essential.
