We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Assist Associate to join our team at Intrum. As a Financial Assist Associate, you will play a critical role in providing financial solutions to customers who are experiencing financial difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored financial solutions to customers, including affordable repayment plans.
- Make and receive calls to/from customers, managing a variety of customer accounts.
- Investigate customer debt and provide personalized and customer-focused service.
- Ensure compliance with all outcomes and activities held within the Consumer Duty regulation.
- Work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with varied shift patterns.
What We're Looking For:
- A positive attitude, self-motivated, and enthusiastic individual who is ready to make a real difference.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to help customers.
- Customer service experience, whether face-to-face or in a call centre environment.
- The ability to use different systems and accurately reflect conversations and outcomes.
- Good numeracy and English literacy skills to help break down complexities around financial products and solutions.
What We Offer:
- A competitive starting base salary of £25,440 with OTE up to £29,256 (bonus paid monthly, subject to performance).
- 33 days holiday including bank holidays, with the ability to buy more/sell back.
