We are seeking a confident and customer-focused administrator to join our Radiology Department at Nuffield Health Oxford Hospital.
As an Administrator - Radiology, you will be the face of Nuffield Health, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide empathetic and effective customer service to patients and visitors.
- Answer phone calls, deal with enquiries, and book appointments.
- Welcome patients, direct them to waiting rooms, and ensure a seamless experience.
- Prepare clinical paperwork and referral forms to support the department's smooth operation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex information in a clear and sympathetic manner.
- Experience in healthcare administration or a relevant reception environment (ideal).
- Good IT and keyboard skills.
