Construction Project Planner

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Planner to join our team in Regional Scotland. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of project schedules for large-scale construction projects.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of project schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Work closely with the project team to create compliant project programs.
- Provide advanced expertise during the contract stage, ensuring strategic planning and execution.
- Manage and evaluate project critical paths and resources, addressing potential issues and driving projects to successful completion.
- Manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring performance, and resolving contract-related issues.
Requirements
- Substantial experience of planning procedures within large complex building environments within the construction industry.
- Proficiency with project management tools - ASTA.
- Knowledge and working experience of 4D planning.
- Expertise in contract management, resource planning, and risk analysis.
- Good experience in managing relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant CSCS Card.
