We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancer to join our team at Workpoint Recruitment. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients, providing expert guidance on all aspects of residential property transactions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct proficiently deal with all legal matters related to conveyancing, including residential sale/purchase, transfer of equity, remortgage, lease, and bridging finance.
- Provide valuable information and support to junior members of the conveyancing team and support staff, including training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Effectively manage your own caseload, ensuring timely and efficient completion of transactions.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in adhering to SRA regulations, including SRA accounts rules.
- Ability to assist the Head of Conveyancing and Managing Director with recruiting and inducting junior fee earners and support team members.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary up to £44,000 p.a. depending on experience.
