About the Role

We are seeking a number of experienced Service Staff to join our team at Babington House. Your main responsibility is to assist the waiting staff and ensure members receive a superior experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver food orders from the kitchen to members' tables, acting as a point of contact between the kitchen and the floor.
  • Ensure tables are set up for service.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and members.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in a busy high-profile restaurant (preferred but not essential).
  • Team player who communicates well with all colleagues.
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Sense of urgency.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a genuine passion for food and beverage.
  • Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required.
Working Hours
  • Varying shift times across the seven days, to include working evenings, weekends, opens & closes.
  • Average hours 32-45 hours per week.
