Job Title: Duty Manager Role 

We are seeking a highly skilled Duty Manager to join our dynamic team at SSP. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for creating a clean, welcoming atmosphere that surpasses customer expectations. You will guide and support your colleagues, maintaining a safe working and dining environment while being the go-to person for day-to-day queries. One of your key responsibilities will be to coordinate team efforts, overseeing the unit's opening and closing, ensuring operational excellence, adhering to guidelines, and completing necessary documentation. You will be the face of exceptional customer service, focusing on operational efficiency, staying informed about unit performance, championing improvements, and simplifying operations. As a Duty Manager, you will recognize and celebrate exceptional service within the team, leading by example, promoting inclusivity and motivation. You will build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and make thoughtful decisions, ensuring the team's success and delivering excellence in customer service.

What You'll Need:

To be successful as a Duty Manager, you will need at least 1 year experience working as a supervisor in a hospitality or retail role. You will need to be able to create a clean, welcoming atmosphere, maintain a safe working and dining environment, and coordinate team efforts. You will also need to be able to focus on operational efficiency, stay informed about unit performance, and champion improvements. You will need to be able to recognize and celebrate exceptional service within the team, and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
