About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Category Merchandiser to join our team at Acosta Sales & Marketing. As a Category Merchandiser, you will be responsible for merchandising brands across various retail locations, working with diverse products including magazines, grocery items, sunglasses, candy, cosmetics, health & beauty, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Locating merchandise in backrooms to place product on the floor">
  • Stocking and packing out products to ensure shoppers find what they need">
  • Front-facing products to make shelves look their best">
  • Receiving marketing materials at home and bringing them to the store">
  • Installing and placing promotional materials">
  • Display setup and maintenance for various products">
  • Resetting displays or product areas based on client needs">
  • Answering questions within Premium's field technology">
  • Taking photos of completed work">
  • Representing Premium and clients in retail stores">

Requirements:

  • Enjoy working independently while building relationships with store associates and managers">
  • Own your stores and be the face of Premium">
  • Effectively communicate with store associates, managers, and Premium team members">
  • Leverage support from and share best practices with the merchandising team nationwide">
  • Contact Premium's Operations Support Center for help">
  • Complete work within the provided timeframe">
  • Follow detailed instructions">
  • Report your work the same day you complete it">

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
