Job Opportunity for a Compassionate Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our client's team and provide exceptional care to their residents. The service has recently undergone a change in management, bringing in a fresh perspective and renewed dedication to excellence in care.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
  2. Administer medication and carry out medical treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  3. Monitor and record the vital signs and health status of residents, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  4. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the wellbeing and safety of residents.
  5. Provide support and guidance to healthcare assistants and other staff members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

  1. Valid RGN qualification and previous experience in a care home or similar setting.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
  3. Compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with up-to-date knowledge of nursing practices and regulations.
