Job Description

We're seeking a passionate Cyber Security Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you'll be responsible for maintaining and implementing our cyber security strategy, working closely with other technical teams, operational teams, franchise partners, and central support teams.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the security of our data, reputation, and business continuity. You'll work closely with our Global Cyber Security Officer to advise on new and existing risks, execute security roadmaps, and conduct risk analysis of vulnerabilities that could contribute to a cyber-attack or loss of data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cost-effective security solutions aligned with industry expectations.
  • Communicate risks to the business and ensure all risks are properly documented.
  • Manage Cyber Security Analysts and create cybersecurity battle plans in the event of a breach.
  • Develop and enhance security policies, processes, procedures, and technical controls to strengthen security capabilities and resilience to cyber threats.
  • Project manage infrastructure and security changes using an Agile project method.
  • Articulate risk to the business and advocate for security-driven decisions.
  • Maintain security gap analysis and strategy documents.
  • Manage DLP, MFA, and auditing software at an expert level.
