We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Development Assistant to join our fast-paced NPD department. Working directly with the Senior Product Manager, you will be integral in assisting with all aspects of range development from concept to launch, including design briefs, research, trends, packaging, and fragrance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in creating and updating project admin and presentations
* Compile development comments, critical paths, and bill of materials
* Utilize Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint and Excel
* Collaborate with the team to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced FMCG environment

Requirements:

* Minimum one year's experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG/Luxury Goods market
* Strong understanding of product development processes and procedures
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
