Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Caretaking Specialist to join our team at The Education Alliance. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to manage the day-to-day delivery of caretaking and site maintenance across two school sites.

This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for creating a safe and welcoming environment, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and a good working knowledge of Health & Safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the upkeep and maintenance of school facilities
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment for students and staff
  • Develop and implement effective caretaking procedures

Salary and Benefits:
