Veterinary Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our team in a dynamic and collaborative environment at GLG Vets. As part of our vibrant veterinary practice, you will provide exceptional care to animals while working with a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine examinations, diagnostics, and treatments on a variety of animals.
- Conduct surgical procedures as needed, including spaying, neutering, and other minor surgeries.
- Collaborate with veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Provide guidance and advice to pet owners on general care, feeding, and wellness.
- Maintain accurate records of patient histories, treatments, and progress.
Our offer includes a competitive salary of up to £75,000 DOE per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide annual leave plus Bank Holidays, CPD Allowance, and fees paid for professional memberships such as the RCVS and BVA.
Qualifications and Skills Required- Veterinary degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid veterinary license to practice in the UK.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Compassionate and caring approach to animals.
