Maintenance Technician

About the Role:
Catch 22 is seeking a skilled Maintenance Operative to join their team in a mobile role across London and North Hertfordshire. As a key member of the facilities team, you will provide maintenance support to a growing organization, ensuring the smooth operation of their facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled maintenance visits to ensure the upkeep of facilities.
- Conduct compliance checks and record results as per schedules.
- Carry out carpentry repairs, including door and window maintenance, railings, and other structural elements.
- Undertake basic locksmith works, including repairs, adjustments, and replacements.
- Inspect, maintain, and repair roofs, gutters, and drainage systems.
- Perform small-scale decoration works, including painting of step edges and hanging/installing signage.
- Identify and address Health & Safety remedial works as per Risk Assessments.
- Provide detailed reports and notify management of any further maintenance issues.
