We are seeking a skilled Senior Infrastructure Engineer - Exchange and Active Directory to join our team. This is a hybrid position from our London offices, with in-office required 4 days/week.

The estimated salary for this role is £85,000 per annum, based on the UK average cost of living.

This exciting opportunity will allow you to work with the latest standards and technologies to craft, build, deploy and maintain a wide variety of IT infrastructure.

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will manage automation, standards and policies around user accounts and permissions, monitor, test and resolve issues for all IAM systems, and collaborate to drive solutions and implement changes.

You will also provide 2nd and 3rd level support for IAM assets, create and maintain documentation, and participate in rotating on-call schedule.

Your expertise will be valuable in running an Active Directory and Microsoft Public Key Infrastructure environment, administering a Microsoft Hybrid Exchange environment and Google Workspace environment, installing and maintaining mail transfer agents and email hygiene systems, and finding solutions for mail flow issues.

If you have extensive experience in deployment and management of Exchange Server or Exchange Online, and/or Gmail administration, setup and administration of email hygiene solutions (e.g., Ironport, Proofpoint), expert knowledge of Active Directory architecture, permissions, and administration, and with solving replication, performance, and other related issues, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

A strong ability to learn new technologies and dive into unique challenges, as well as sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft Certificate Authority template creation, configuration and deployment, will make you a great fit for this role.

Bonus points if you have experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Entra Connect, and other Azure/Entra technologies, and infrastructure as code solutions (e.g., Splunk).
